These terms of use apply to you from www.silicocobaby Com website, which constitutes the contract between you and the Chinese company silicocobaby, with the Chinese company registration number of 46857052
Confirmation
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
If you discover any errors, please contact chris@wellfinesilicone.com immediately with your order number included in the e-mail. Your order will be processed immediately after you place your order and thus we can not cancel, modify or add products.
All pre-order sales are final, once you placed your order we cannot cancel it.
Payment
You can choose to use credit card or debit card. By paying with a credit or debit card, adyen manages all our bank transactions. Silicocobaby does not process any credit card numbers.
Payment by card
Pay with your credit /debit card securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Silicocobaby may automatically cancel your order.
Please note that your credit card will be charged directly at the moment of transaction.
Rates
The shipping costs 99 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR. For orders under 35 EUR we charge a handling fee of 9.99 EUR.
*Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on product selection. For orders below that value an additional fee for shipping will be added to your order, depending on where you live and what delivery type you choose.
When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value / weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at Silicocobaby do not have any influence over it.
With reservations for stock outs and eventual price errors that may arise.
Delivery
Silicocobaby has worldwide shipping. Average delivery time is 7-14 business days for standard freight and 1-5 days for express, depending on the location. If a stock balance error should arise and we cannot deliver your complete order, we will deliver the products that are in stock and charge your account for the price of the products delivered.
Standard deliveries are made in cooperation with the Deutsche Post and their partners in other countries around the world. For Express deliveries, Twistshake will select the optimal shipping method, which could be either via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on location. We reserve the right to deny delivery of all products in case of price fluctuations as well as stock conditions. All delivery times are to be viewed as preliminary.
Uncollected packages
For uncollected packages that are returned to Twistshake, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for return shipping, expedition charges as well as handling fees at a cost of 19 EUR.
Should you regret your purchase after your order has been packed and shipped, you are still required to pick up your package from the pickup point and return it back to us.
If the package is not collected, your shipment will automatically be marked as “Not collected” and you will be charged the above fee.
Returns
As a customer at www.silicocobaby.com, you always have a 14 day right of return after you have received a product. The right of withdrawal is valid for unbroken packaging.
Contact us at chris@wellfinesilicone.com with your order number and use the return goods notice. Right of withdrawal is not valid for products close to expiry or products on sale. The customer takes responsibility and pays for costs associated with the return shipping. Products are to be sent back in their original packaging, as well as their original state and quality.

Claims
If the package is damaged on delivery you shall immediately claim it for damages at your pickup point. If there is something wrong with your product(s) we ask you to reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order.
When receiving an incomplete order please contact service@twistshake.com with pictures on what you have received. – We ask you to save the packaging and packing list until case solved.
Please read through our guidelines and steps for claims:
• Send your claim request through our web form here.
• Always include your order number when making a claim.
• Describe the defect as detailed as possible.
Our team will handle your claim as soon as possible. If the claim is approved and settled, we will either rectify the problem when possible or you will receive a new item.
Please note that since we are using the TPE material, discoloration may occur. Discoloration is therefore not a valid claim.
If you have received the incorrect product, please reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order. Please contact chris@wellfinesilicone.com and be as specific as possible. Always include your order number.
Force majeure
silicocobaby shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
Amendments
Silicocobaby may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Twistshake. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound. *Cannot be combined with another offer on a purchase. The expiration date of all campaigns is decided and communicated by Twistshake. Twistshake holds the right of excluding the selected collections/products from any discount campaigns.
Discounts
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or on already discounted items. (Exceptions may apply during promotions).
